Wild, unruly and enigmatic. Delicate and oily, salty and sweet, chewy and tangy. What will you find? Nose: Sweet and malty, almost floral, hits of citrus. Palate: Sweet and oily with flavours of red apples, rich thick phenols, chewy, rock salt, soot and fire embers.
