 | G ancia Modonovo DOCG A careful selection of the best Moscato grapes cultivated in the unique Asti, Alessandra and Cuneo Vineyards.. The best Moscato grapes are selected and hand harvested in small baskets. They are soft pressed to preserve thier fragrance and taste. There follows a careful maturation of a small part of these grapes in small barriques made of Allier and Troncais oak with hyper oxygenising to better enhance the flavour of the wine. This part is then blended with the balance of the Grapes. |
