An elegant and pleasant Italian vino which expresses all the fragrance of the brachetto grape. A local treasure and suitable for all modern
palates.
Visual test :Ruby red colour with a medium intensity tending towards as light granate colour. The perlage is fine and persistend with a clear transparency.
Olfative test :Delicate musk fragrance with hints of rose and mature fruit.
Tasting test :Sweet, smooth and fragrant with musky aftertaste, fresh and lively.

Grape variety :Brachetto.

Vinification : The grapes are delicately pressed and vinified with a slight maceration of the skins to give the must a granate-ruby colour. the mustis partially fermented at a temperature of 5,5°. It is then conserved at -2°C for the second fermentation.
Second Fermentation Method : Martinotti Method.
Alcohol content :6,5°

Accompaniment :Traditionally accompanies desserts, pastries and cakes but it can also be served as an aperitif alone or with hors d'oeuvres. It exalts the taste of fruit and is a good base for fresh long drinks, mixed with fruit juice, liquour, bitter or vermouth.
