Composition: Wine, alcohol, sugar, herbs and spices.
First Phase: preparation of the wine base which consists in selecting the most neutral wines that are amalgamated with extracts of herbs and spices. Young white wines are preferable.
Second Phase: preparation of the herbs, in particular absinthe, camomile, sawbuck, lemon peel, sweet and bitter orange, from which an alcoholic liquid at approx. 30° is extracted with the active principles of the herbs.
Third phase: Preparation of the final product, this includes the blending of the alcoholic liquid, sugar and extracts, filtration and tank refining.
